Web Sale Pages: Navigating the Site 

• There are 3 Sale Pages grouped according to Type/Size/Form.

• Sale Pages (and each subgroup of dahlias) are now alphabetical for easier navigation.

• New Search function on our website’s Homepage and on sale Page #1, you can search for any individual dahlia  by name.

Sale Restrictions and Important Information about your Cart 

• There are no limits on the number of tubers you can purchase at any time 

• Some scarce varieties will have a limit of 2 per member until the sale goes Public. If you try to purchase more than 2 of the limited varieties during the member sale the order will be refunded.

• Tubers purchased from the sale cannot be resold until after the current growing season 

• We cannot offer Cart Reservations or Wish Lists with our platform 

• Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability until checkout is complete, as it can still be purchased by another customer 

• If an item sells out before you finalize your order, it will be automatically removed from your cart 

Payment 

• Credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay 

Pick Up, Shipping Options and Combining Orders 

Pickup:  

• Select the Pickup option at checkout 

• You must select a Pickup Location during or after you are done shopping.

• Go to The Bottom of Page One of the Sale and select your pickup location. Put it in your cart, checkout. There is no charge 

• Pickup is scheduled for Friday May 2nd thru Sunday May 4th (or by appointment for extenuating circumstances)   

Shipping: We Ship Canada-Wide

• Select the Shipping option at checkout 

• Shipping is $25 flat rate via Canada Post. 

• You can combine multiple orders, but to avoid multiple shipping charges at checkout select “ Shipping’ for your first order, then for any additional orders choose the “Pickup” option
